SYMPATHYBAG gives VIP and established accounts samples in about 3 days, free of charge. Standard pre-production samples are US$98 and take roughly 7 days, with the fee refunded against your first bulk order. Complex new developments may take a little longer.

Bulk production runs about 30–40 days after you sign off the sample, depending on quantity, materials and decoration. Re-orders of an approved style are faster. SYMPATHYBAG confirms a firm ship date in your order confirmation and keeps you updated at every QC stage.

Bulk orders are typically a 30 percent deposit with the balance before shipment by T/T; L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also welcome, and sample fees can be paid by PayPal. Every SYMPATHYBAG order runs through a four-stage QC system — incoming material (IQC), in-process (IPQC), final (FQC) and pre-shipment (OQC) — under ISO 9001 discipline, with physical tests on handles, zippers and seams. You’re always welcome to send your own or a third-party inspector (SGS, BV, Intertek) before SYMPATHYBAG ships.

Yes. SYMPATHYBAG builds with GRS-certified recycled RPET, BCI cotton canvas and other lower-impact materials, plus water-based inks and recyclable, plastic-reduced packaging. Material-safety and recycled-content testing can be arranged through accredited labs for brands that need verified eco-credentials.

By sea, transit is roughly 15–35 days depending on destination and port; air freight or express courier is faster for urgent and sample shipments.
